Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking online for a full refund back to your original payment method or for PaidInParadise Credit to use another time. Bookings can be cancelled online up until the following times:

Cabanas can be cancelled by 10:00am EST on the day before your booked date.
Day Passes can be cancelled by 11:59 pm EST on the night before your booked date.
