Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking online for a full refund back to your original payment method or for PaidInParadise Credit to use another time. Bookings can be cancelled online up until the following times:

  • Cabanas can be cancelled by 10:00am EST the day before your reservation date.
  • Day Passes can be cancelled by 11:59pm EST the day before your reservation date.
